Marketing Terms and Conditions
  • The images contained within the Image Library must not be changed in any way in terms of colours, sizes, wording and shape.

  • The images contained within the Image Library are available for usage by full financial members of MB&T and its associated subcommittees (eg. Mooloolaba Beach Accommodation Group).

  • The images contained within the Image Library must be used with discretion by members at all times, and are not to be resold to external parties. Any external party requesting access to the Image Library must be referred to the Marketing Committee of MB&T. A register will be kept by the Coordinator so that all usage of the images is recorded.

  • Usage of the MB&T images should reflect and promote the ideals and values of the organisation. All images should be credited as Mooloolaba images, not generic images. Use of any MB&T materials for commercial gain or private advertising requires authorisation from the organisation. Usage is only permitted with the permission of MB&T. Details and copy of the usage of images are to be provided to the MB&T Coordinator.
