Mooloolaba Business & Tourism were successful in securing funding from the Sunshine Coast Regional Council's Central Area Reference Group (CARG). This funding is being provided specifically to participate in a cooperative advertising campaign being run during March, April & May in Sydney and Melbourne.
Over the Queen's Birthday long weekend, Mooloolaba again played host to the international Musto Etchells Winter Championships. And what a brilliant weekend it was!

After a fairly wet week, Thursday dawned with brilliant blue sky, and fair breezes, showing Mooloolaba in all it's usual glory.
On Tuesday 16th June, Mooloolaba Business & Tourism held our Annual General Meeting at The Surf Club, Mooloolaba. It was a great night, attended by around 40 members and guests.

On Friday morning, 27th March, Channel 7's Sunrise Breakfast show weather presenter, Fifi Box and her crew came to broadcast live from Mooloolaba Beach. It was a brilliant lead in to the ITU's Mooloolaba Triathlon, which kicks off tonight.After an early start, due to daylight savings in the southern states, the set up out the front of the Mooloolaba Surf Club went off!

Mooloolaba Business & Tourism presented its new Branding Campaign to an audience of over 180 at Underwater World on Tuesday 28th October 2008.
Members and guests, who included Sunshine Coast Regional Council representatives including CEO John Knaggs as well as senior executives and Board Members of Tourism Sunshine Coast and neighbouring Tourism organizations packed Seal Cove at Underwater World for the Launch. Many guests commented that they had never before seen an attendance of this size for a business or tourism event on the Sunshine Coast.
