Campaign Launch

 

Mooloolaba Business & Tourism presented its new Branding Campaign to an audience of over 180 at Underwater World on Tuesday 28th October 2008.

Members and guests, who included Sunshine Coast Regional Council representatives including CEO John Knaggs as well as senior executives and Board Members of Tourism Sunshine Coast and neighbouring Tourism organizations packed Seal Cove at Underwater World for the Launch. Many guests commented that they had never before seen an attendance of this size for a business or tourism event on the Sunshine Coast.

President, Gary Rice, Marketing Chair, Natasha Read and Membership Chair, Carlene Sherwell presented the complete package highlights of which were the new Website and a range of new marketing material, including photography, which will not only feature in Mooloolaba Business & Tourism marketing but will be available to Members for their own marketing.

The audience was also provided with details of an entirely new Membership structure which not only provides more flexible options for businesses but also now encourages neighbours such as Maroochydore, Cotton Tree, Alexandra Headland, Coolum, Marcoola, Nambour, Buderim and Montville to join and ultimately be represented on the Management Committee of Mooloolaba Business & Tourism.

A big thank you to UnderWater World and their great staff for a wonderful night. The food was outstanding and the company was fantastic. It was great to see so many members turn out to support us, and great to see so many other business people of Mooloolaba and the wider Sunshine Coast come along and support Mooloolaba Business & Tourism too.
